Traditional leather earrings involve a lot of toxic chemicals in the tanning process and faux leather tends to be made from plastic which can take 500 years to degrade. In contrast our earrings are made from cork leather which decreases air pollution as a harvested tree absorbs 3-5 times more Co2! Pretty cool huh!
